"This companies services gets an A+ in my book! Andy the plumber that came out and Janice the customer service representative were outstanding at their jobs. I will be calling them for ALL my plumbing needs…… Andy saved me from another company trying to tell me I had a sewer leak under my house when I did not. He did a Hydrostatic test and found out I had no under ground SEWER leaks. The other company wanted to charge me over $30,000 to repair sewer lines under my house that they were saying had bellies of water from cracks. Finding out it may be a city sewer crack and not even my problem to fix. "Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."
