"John Moore sent a gentleman out initially to assess the problem, he happened to be a Supervisor. He was extremely professional and very complete in his assessment of the problem. He recommended that we replace our unit due to its age and condition. Then he worked with us to get the best unit for our house and worked with us on the financing options. Tom Lee was the initial person to come to our house and once we had decided on our plan of action Tom went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible system for our house. Excellent customer service skills and a very nice man. We got lucky !!!!! The installation crew was even better. They were very professional, courteous, and precise in what they were doing.
