"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"We just had Progressive Builders install new granite counters and a tumbled stone back splash in our kitchen and I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Eric was super responsive from the first time I called through to the very end of the job. We were impressed with the care they took to cover our wood and marble floors and they were super clean throughout the project. They really know their stuff, from the fabrication of the granite all they way through to the design and layout of the back splash. Communication was excellent with all the guys. The end result is beautiful!"

"Mike suggested we get the carpets cleaned and just do a small carpet replacement rather than completely replace the carpet.  He said that the carpet was still in good condition and should last at least a few more years.  Honest, helpful, and caring.  When we do purchase carpet, it will be from M&M Carpets.

"Mikes team was impeccable and immaculate. They did some exceptional detailed work with the moding that went above and beyond our expectations. Our floors look incredible and we were barely inconvenienced by the installation process. I would continue doing my business with them in a heart beat. Thanks to Mike."

"They really helped us to pick a great quality carpet at a reasonable price.
They also installed it for us. They have a great crew of workers doing the installation.

"He showed up early every morning and worked harder then any contractor I have ever hired. Imagine a contractor who actually shows up before the time he says. I don't know about you but with our luck finding contractors they always show up late and have to leave early. Not Brian and his guys especially Alberto, I don't think he ever stopped. They not only installed our floor a better way then what was previously put down, but his depth of knowledge of the products made us feel very comfortable which usually never happens when we start renovating the house. I guess we are just so happy because it just looks so good and everything was on budget and finished before he said they would be done, YAY...

"I called last week to get some ideas on new floors for my house.  I was not ready to buy at that time, but wanted to do my research on flooring and start to get ideas on pricing.  Joel answered my questions and was very responsive to messages and then phone calls.  Joel offered to come by and talk me though all the ins and outs.  In all fairness I later found out he was close by in the area.  But still I liked that he came by and spent the time going over what makes one floor better than the other.
Later after Joel left I went to Home Depot and Lowes to look at their floors.  I was glad that Joel went over the thickness so I could compare it to the bigger stores.  I ended up calling back later that night and placing an order with Floors Direct.  The pricing was great (great enough to just place the order now).
The installers (Gabe and Chris) were on time and very professional.  They kept the place clean and were great to have around.  After the install the floors look great. WOW the color just popped and was incredible.  I am glad I went with the underlay and baseboard all at the same time (was going to do the baseboard myself).  It might just be me but the floors when you walk on them sound great and feel great.  I was worried about the thinner floors and the feel when you walk on them.  A few millimeters sure des makes a big different.
Overall I am very happy that I called Floors Direct and Joel.  They spent the time educating me on the floors enough that I felt very good about the purchase.  I would recommend Floors Direct to anyone looking for new floors."
