"I called Jeff, told him what I needed done and he sent my a contract to sign.  After signing, Jeff ordered the doors and when they came in (they were delayed by the company) we determined a date and time for him to come out to hang the doors.  My ceiling fan blades were originally going to be replaced but Jeff suggested I replace both fans as they were old.  He was right.  One wouldn't turn at all and the other stopped turning within a month.  So while the doors were on order I purchased new fans and light kits.  When the doors came in, Jeff and his father-in-law came out to work on changing out the doors.  It took a little longer than expected but they were hung, primed and painted over the course of several days.  Both doors had noises they made over time, but I called Jeff out and he fixed the hinges.  The Anderson door is wonderful and the Therma Tru is doing well, too.  Jeff came out later to hang the fans on the back porch and brought another family member to help.  Again, it took longer than expected but was completed during the same day.  Both fans work fine.  They did the work with a few delays (weather, items on order) and did it well.  I asked for an estimate on some more work and haven't heard back.  I'm sure if I called him he would send me one, but I am not in a hurry. <br />"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Don't blame Gary for my design choices. I chose and bought all the materials. But Gary installed them expertly. He's a particularly good painter, in my opinion. He had no trouble installing anything. He was great to be around while the work was being done, and my kids love him so much, I'm afraid they are going to break something just to get him to come back. He did suggest a pocket door, because our bathroom is tiny. It was such a great idea. He was also able to install the specialty tile that I ordered. When I sent my picture of the finished product to the tile company, they said, "Looks like an A+ installation!" His prices were fair. The price I listed in this review is for work, not materials. We love Gary and plan to hire him anytime we need something. I hope he doesn't plan on retiring soon!"
