The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew. Their work ethic is admirable. They are kind and respectful. At the end of the day the area was always cleaned and debris picked up. Our new deck and screen room is so solid and sturdy. And it looks like it's been here since the day we built our house 14 years ago. It doesn't look like it was just added on. That's how well it blends in. Everyone that comes over says the same thing! Also the county inspector said said it was rare that such a big project only had a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys. "Another great job by Dave from his team Cransten Handyman and Remodeling, we had a ceiling leak that had done some damage in our garage they removed all the molded things, took out the damage, replaced insulation, put up new drywall, and painted and all looks great again. "Joe Marshall brought in some subcontractors: great guys, very experienced. When they came, the came to WORK, and they worked really hard and really well. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."

I hired them to gut and renovate my medium sized kitchen, from scraping the popcorn ceiling to removing and relaying flooring. Oscar and Brandon were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. They communicated exceptionally well, and moved the job along, managing everything from demolition to the cabinet source to the granite countertops to electrical and plumbing to the final finish work. The work went quickly and they inspected the progress every step of the way. Their price was reasonable and the work top-notch. I highly recommend DHIM Construction! "When we met Julian, we were impressed with her professional manner.  She was extremely knowledgable and easy to work with.  After coming up with a design for our room, she put us in touch with a cabinet maker who built the exact cabinets we want.  She also help us find and choose furniture for the room.  We were put in touch with someone who could make draperies for the windows and another person who could make pillows for the chairs and sofas. Once everything was in place Julian helped me with the final placement of our art objects on the shelves and tables.  The result is delightful. 
One thing that was  very special to us was her willingnes to incorporate my father's wooden tool chest into the room.  It now serves as a side table and looks amazing.  We particularly appreciate this.
We will use Mrs. Mozeley again.  She is an excellent designer and decorator.

"They drove out immediately after receiving my request for a quote (which was reasonable), despite the long distance and late time of day. They then returned bright and early the very next morning to do a job that "wasn't enough" for 2 other companies to bother with (painting caps over windows/garage door). Exceptionally professional and did a great job (especially since they had to fight off an unexpected wasp nest as well). I would definitely recommend them."
