Originally they thought it was simply a concrete block, but did not complain when they discovered the block was filled. "It could not have possibly gone better. The repair was done in no time and the cost was less than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. I also want to add that somebody apparently was able to log in under my account and gave these people a rating of F and I want to apologize for that. It was not me and I would never give them a negative rating. As a matter of fact I just made an appointment with them to come and repair our washing machine so again I'm sorry for the problem. "They have a $25 show charge that gets waived if repair is completed by them. Over the phone, I was able to describe the problem and he provided an estimate based on my description. Quick to show and fix even though it was not the problem originally expected he stated the charge was the same, He even provided me some feedback on the condition of the AC unit with some recommended future preventive maintenance that the unit needs. Highly recommended."
