R & G Electric, Tampa 813-881-1876, repair unit for 105 degree WARM water. Tankless replacement is called after nearly 15 years. Tankless now require brass service valves for flushing and direct leak control away from harming people. Red Cap Plumbing, Gary G, will pick up brass kit and Eltron Tempra 29 plus electric tankless water heater, connect to 240-volt sub-panel, install brass valves kit and straighten connects with hard-lines per work order, 2022 Jan 17."
