May 1st, via Invoice 159573769, David completed the repair and replacement of my Hall bathroom's Tub/Shower handles with installation of Gerber extension kit picked up from Hydrologic; David also picked up new sleeves and after discussions with Bucks staff, cut extensions and chrome sleeves to size, then installed handles and tested; working properly at this time, then installed owner supplied handheld shower and tested; no leaks. I am overjoyed with David's excellent work, professionalism and kind demeanor. I plan to ask for David Yates for all of my The Clean Plumber services in the future. Thank you, Robert Boileau"

"Our faucet replacement required plumber assistance due to frozen hot water shut-off which we were unable to remedy ourselves. Maurice replaced the hot water valve and then installed our new faucet with escutcheon plate and drain that we supplied and replaced the drain connection to new drain tailpiece. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss or mess. The repair and installation are quite satisfactory though it does seem that the project was rather costly especially for work we would have done ourselves but for the inability to replace the supply valve. Despite the expense, we would consider Cass for additional plumbing requirements should they become necessary."

"Apex Plumbing employees, James and Zach, came to my house to repair a water leak that stopped all water service to my house. James came and cleared the lawn covering my pipes. Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak. They eliminated that pipe leak under my house. I now have full water service to my house with no more leaks. Thank you Zach and James for a complete repair of known and unknown leaks. Good job!"

"joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."
