When a leak recently appeared, a plumber discovered the shower pan had been improperly installed from the start and that the entire shower needed to be redone. Bathroom Buddy had since been acquired by PJ Fitzpatrick, and to their great credit, they immediately acknowledged the problem, honored the original lifetime warranty, and completely rebuilt the shower—pan, walls, everything. The workmanship was excellent and noticeably better than the original installation. Because the rebuild slightly changed dimensions, we also incurred costs to replace the glass shower doors and repair ceiling damage below. After explaining this in a letter, PJ Fitzpatrick went above and beyond and reimbursed us in full for those additional expenses—despite not being the company that did the original work.
