It seemed as soon as I send for someone to reach out for a consultation appointment my phone was ringing and the person who I spoke to was very nice. When Brexton came out for the consultation we were so comfortable with her and it felt like we know here for years. She gave us all our options and knew there product and took great pride in her company. Our search was over! We knew this was the company we wanted to replace our showerer. When the day came we were so excited! When the installers came they did not disappoint. Randy and Kevin were awesome! They both were very nice and professional and knew their jobs well. They even played with my cat Otto, who really like them, the entire time they were there. At the end of the install they cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. "We had a shower installed three years ago by Bathroom Buddy (via Jacuzzi). When a leak recently appeared, a plumber discovered the shower pan had been improperly installed from the start and that the entire shower needed to be redone. Bathroom Buddy had since been acquired by PJ Fitzpatrick, and to their great credit, they immediately acknowledged the problem, honored the original lifetime warranty, and completely rebuilt the shower—pan, walls, everything. The workmanship was excellent and noticeably better than the original installation. Because the rebuild slightly changed dimensions, we also incurred costs to replace the glass shower doors and repair ceiling damage below. After explaining this in a letter, PJ Fitzpatrick went above and beyond and reimbursed us in full for those additional expenses—despite not being the company that did the original work. "Bottom line: I highly recommend Don Volkert and will be rehiring him and his crew for our future remodeling jobs. When Don came out to quote my bathroom remodeling project, I knew he would be our contractor. Of the three companies that quoted us, Don had the most original and creative idea for our master bathroom while still being within our budget. He gave us great contacts for sourcing our tile and furnishings, and in early July 2019, the project began. Every house has quirks, and ours was no exception. Don dealt with these unexpected finds - like old pipes and bad valves - in a straightforward, quality-oriented way. Throughout the project, I had full confidence that Don would fix any issues that would cause us trouble down the road. He was committed to doing the job correctly, and the ease of mind that provided was priceless. His crew is small, but they work hard and were respectful of our space and our schedules. Though we had not included small bedroom renovations (installation of a ceiling fan and recessed lights) in the original quote, Don was flexible enough to perform this additional work for us at a reasonable rate. After we thought the job had finished, we found that the plumbing had backed up into our basement because the old, corroded, cast-iron pipes had not been used for several weeks. Well, Don fixed that, too; he installed a new section of pipe, cleaned out the clog, and repaired the buckling floor tile caused by the overflow. Don gave us a master bathroom that I never could have imagined, and I'm excited to have him back for our next home renovation project!"

"Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."

"Our upstairs hallway bathroom was in desperate need of a refresher so we reached out to Bob. Bob came over and discussed with us some design ideas along with estimates of cost and we were able to agree on a design that was within our budget (no pressure or upsell from Bob!). Bob and his crew were able to start the project within our desired timeframe and completed the remodel within the estimated length he gave us. Bob was communicative on what he and the crew planned to do each day and we saw the results of the plan each night! The crew was very friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day! I felt comfortable having them in my house while I was at home with my young children. But most importantly we were thoroughly impressed with Bob and the crew’s work and how the bathroom turned out- and right on budget! We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and can’t wait to have Nesspor Construction come back to work on our primary bathroom!"
