"Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. We will definitely use Oak Plumbing in the going foward."

"Armando from Express Sewer and Drain assessed the repair and gave me estimates for replacing the ball valve and repairing the section to restore water to the pipe that provides water my front yard irrigation. He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. "They arrived approx as scheduled: were unable to repair the dripping faucet(suggested I replace it); determined that the replacement garbage disposal I had purchased was too large for the space and should be replaced with the same model as the old one and that there was already a water line for a refrigerator. I went out and bought the specified garbage disposal and they returned later in the day to replace it. They told me what water line to buy for the refrigerator but did not hook it up."
