"He inspected entire area around the chimney. Found a few spots that could be the leak source so he repaired all of them. Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. "The team at PZ Construction is extremely thorough. Paul (the owner) performed an inspection which included both the outside of the house and accessible attic spaces. He provided the most detailed estimate of any of the contractors which included descriptions and materials for each phase of work. The crew was very diligent during the project and performed a daily cleanup of all waste material, etc. All of the copper work is done on site and the team provided picture updates of the various stages of work.
