Many problems arose as our house is over 100 years old, and Wally was very straightforward and financially conscientious when presenting us with solutions. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. "Mike DeMeo was very courteous and willing to work with us throughout many changes during the different phases of construction. He wants to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with his work. Our main issue of concern had to do with his subs (drywall and heating). Although when there was an issue, Mike did his best to address it. Also, some things were overlooked that maybe could have been suggested to us when designing the finished product. His framing and interior crews were great and were very friendly with my children throughout the building process. Despite the many issues (township related) we faced during our project, Mike did his best to stay positive!"

"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!
