"I was looking for multiple quotes and DiBiase was the first to respond and also had the best price on comparable equipment. Bill called me within a few hours of initial request, set up an appointment and everything went like clockwork, on time, professional and install went smoothly."

"The employees were all informative, answered all my questions and were able to install a new A/C unit the next day. They were on time for both the check and the install. They were respectful and completed the install earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Rohrerâ s!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The sales process was not too aggressive, and I didn't feel like they were over selling me something. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them and use them in the future."

"After so long that they installed my electric system, I had a minor issue. I called them and they send Michael within the hour. He was amazing. Fixed it right away and also with a kind smile in his face. Keep up the good work!"

After years of working within large, corporate-driven HVAC environments, our founders saw a growing need for a company that values honesty, quality work, and long-term relationships over quick transactions. We believe that when customers feel informed/confident in their decisions, the results are better. We also believe that strong teams create better outcomes. "We recently had a new system installed by Trustwell Heating and Cooling and could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Tim and his team were on time, respectful of our home, and kept the work area extremely clean throughout the install. The pricing was fair and clearly explained, and the quality of the work really shows. The system is running great and we feel confident it was installed the right way. It is refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their craftsmanship and truly cares about doing things right. I would highly recommend Trustwell Heating and Cooling for any installation or HVAC work."

"The install was a smooth process. They were professional and provided guidance on appropriate unit selection for the space. I would certainly rehire WM Henderson Plumbing & Heating for future HVAC projects."

"Greg from Harris Plumbing did a great job. He was on time and personable, clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, resolved the problem efficiently, explained everything as he worked, and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him."
