They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. "I would call Knox Septic again in a heartbeat.  Jim provided an outstanding septic system inspection - visual and dye test.  Tank was opened,  baffles checked and water was ran into tank to check flow.  Jim and Team also probed the laterals/fingers in the system.  Extremely thorough and comprehensive inspection.  Highly recommend this service for anyone considering purchasing a home with a septic system.
Jim was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he explained his process / findings to us.

The provider worked with us for several months planning the project, providing details, drawings, and estimates.

The greenhouse was ordered from an out of state provider, and delivered to the residence in a kit.  It's an 8'X10' glass and poly greenhouse.  The provider contructed a 4'X10'X4' cedar foundation (kneewall) in advance of the delivery of the kit. That construction was in enough time(several days)  to allow us to stain the cedar, before the delivery of the greenhouse. 

  On the day of delivery the provider was on site at the time of delivery to receive the items; several large glass shipping container and a number of smaller parcels. All delivered items were counted and verified by the provider. Within one day of delivery they began construction  with a two man crew.  The construction took several days, and was complicated by some errors that had been made by the greenhouse company- (shipping the wrong parts).  Nevertheless, from beginning to end the project went smoothly and in almost exactly the time estimated by the provider.

The greenhouse was part of a larger landscaping project also completed by this provider.  At all times the provider was attentive to our requests and timetable.  The provider was always available.  The workers, Steve the carpenter and Bill are efficient, competent and delightful to have around.  At all times they kept us informed of their progress (which was pretty obvious) and expected timetable for completion.

"It was a $4000 on the repair. They did an excellent job. They were overall good, except for their price. They did the repair while I was on vacation. I have a porch. The man came up on the porch. He came to ask if he and the crew could have lunch over my porch. However, they had cement all over my porch. They came back out and cleaned it all up. They took care of the problem. I will use them again in the future."

"I can start by saying that the people the owner (Mike) hires are the best. Matt, Randy, and Zac could not have been nicer or more professional. They worked so hard and were never anything but accommodating and helpful. I just really can’t say enough about what a great job they did. The work is so well done and I so appreciate the care and respect they took for my home. They cleaned up well and really put in a lot of extra effort, but never complained and were always pleasant to deal with. I’m sure this is a reflection on Mike because it always starts at the top. I would absolutely recommend Advanced to anyone needing basement work, and again thank you so much for working with me and making this process as easy as possible."

"They did great. We had them clean our flowerbed and they pulled all overgrown dead weeds. They also trimmed trees and hauled it all way. They are knowledgeable. In fact I am using them again and they will probably come on March or April."
