"Xavier and team were great. Quick and clean replacement of basement windows and crawl space remediation."

"John did an excellent job of clearing our kitchen sink drain. It was a tough clog and he opened it up and has been flowing ever since. Would definitely recommend."

"Mid-State Basement Systems came highly recommended by a good friend from Buffalo, NY and they did not disappoint. From start to finish they were very professional yet personable. Larry & Phil in the initial stages of the basement inspection and a reasonable quote. Silvino and his team who done the actual work was incredible, done with absolute excellence. They were here when they said they would be and finished the job a day ahead of schedule. I am thoroughly pleased with this company, first class. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your basement.******"

"Overall, we are not convinced that this installation was worth the cost or disruption and the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on our conversations with the sales rep. While an interior waterproofing system made a lot of sense to address our issues, once work started, it was clear that our house already had an underdrain system in place, but the crew continued demolition and installation. As part of the work, Stay Dry required replacement of our one-year-old sump pump (and battery backup) with their system and charged extra for the battery backup. The crew worked quickly, but caused some unnecessary damage to our finished basement walls and the concrete finish was less smooth than expected. The third star is provided for the follow-up visit by their customer service team to clean up some of those shortcomings."

"I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

"After getting our home inspection done, our realtor recommended we use this company to handle our basement needs (remediating a large crack, installing a new radon system, and prevent further issues with the basement cracking). They have been so wonderfully communicative, reasonably priced, and very professional. In fact, when we later discovered another problem that had not been previously planned, they inspected it and gave recommendations as to how to handle it. I would highly recommend them when dealing not only with mold but a variety of basement and foundation situations."

"Devin does such good work! We used to have flooding in our front yard and he regraded the whole thing and ran drainage down to the culvert. He reseeded the yard and came to check on it after the first rain. He build us a gorgeous cedar fence around the aerating system and took out our grave driveway and put down a ground asphalt that settles and gives a really smooth drive with no sealing necessary. This work was done in good time and a lot of attention to detail. Anyone would be lucky to hire Devin. We feel like we have a new house!"

"Ron Fry was our representative for C&J Basement Solutions. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the flooding problems we were experiencing in our basement. He explained what he would do if he owned our home, which gave us a very helpful perspective. He thoroughly inspected both the basement and the outside of the house. He pointed out the problem areas, as well as the things we had done right. As someone who has been in the customer service business since 1976, I recognize good customer service when I see it. Ron is exactly the kind of person you want when you are dealing with a problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. At this time, we have not asked C&J Basement Solutions to do any work for us, but based on our experience with Ron, they are definitely one of our top choices."
