"Let start by saying that all of the gentlemen were very nice. From the salesman to the installers. They did a very nice job. We are overall pleased with the outcome. But the gentleman that performed the installation did have their quirks. They were super friendly. But they showed up 4 hours early for the job. One of the installers showed up with a laceration of the finger that I ended up tending to. I am a healthcare provider so I did not mind, but it was still very odd. Like any good host I offered them drinks, and things went pretty well. Thankfully, I speak Spanish, because they seemed to have some questions I was able to help them with. If I did not speak Spanish, I am not sure what would have occurred. Furthermore, I wish they would have done the corners on the baseboards differently. They still have some very pronounced sharp edges. It is nothing we cannot fix, but it would be nice if we did not have to. Overall, the job was nicely done, but things could have gone a little smoother. Oh well."

"We remodeled our kitchen and powder room. We purchased the hardwood flooring directly from a local supplier and needed someone to install it. We contacted several companies for a quote. Some companies declined to quote since we did not purchase materials directly from them. Other companies were very expensive or their lead-time was too long. Diamond Carpet Services was very prompt to respond. They were willing to install the materials that we had already purchased. Joel came out within a few days of contacting him and measured and gave me a verbal estimate on the spot. He then followed up and emailed a written estimate the next day for the same amount he had already discussed with me. I went ahead and scheduled the installation with Diamond Services. I was having drywall installed before I could have Diamonds Sevices install the flooring. They were very accommodating and worked with my schedule. Eduardo and his team of two guys came out and started around 8:30am. They worked tirelessly until around 4pm. They laid down ~230 sq ft of 2inch plank flooring very quickly and efficiently. Not only that, they also tied/weaved the new flooring into existing hardwood flooring in two different sections (kitchen to dining room and kitchen to living room). That was very tedious work which was performed perfectly to where you couldn’t tell that old and new flooring had been connected. Diamond Carpet Services did a great job on my floors. When I first saw their company name “Carpet Services” on Angies list I was a little skeptical if they would be the right company to install hardwood flooring. Don’t let the name fool you. They are a great company, very professional, and truly know their stuff for ANY type of flooring. Their crew has a decade of experience. I highly recommend this company for your next flooring project."
