"Fernando answered my call and was at my house the same day. I had a 19 year old radon mitigation system in place, but I had not had it inspected since I first purchased the house. The basement which was normally never used for other than a laundry room was to become a teen hangout/crash pad. I read that it should be inspected every few years and Fernando confirmed that. I wanted to make sure that the system was working properly before turning this space over to kids. Luckily, the fan was still working all those years later. He replaced the pipe outside of the house with PVC and extended it past the gutters and roof. He also replaced another tube like/straw that I forgot what it was called. All in all, Fernando was prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable. I did mention to him that I may have my roof replaced and he gave me some tips so that no roofing debris will fall in the pipe while they're working.
