Everything was timely and we felt like we were in very capable and trustworthy hands. Work actually began while we were in Kauai but everyone was communicative and thorough. We plan on re-paving our long driveway and will call on Parker Concrete for sure. Landscaping and gravel was completed by another landscaper."

As soon as the permits were issued he began work immediately. "They installed sliding glass door for me. They did a poor job of it. While framing it, they ignored or grossly misread the structural engineer's drawings (failing to install a column attached to the ground), which seemed incredibly dangerous. They only installed it after my wife noticed it before they covered it up, and then they still needed me to verify with the structural engineer that a column should actually go all the way to the footing. Thank God my wife saw it. They left trash and debris everywhere throughout the project. They also improperly sealed the door, and now it leaks whenever it rains. We have tried to call them to fix the seal around the door multiple times. They said they would fix it, but now they simply do not return our calls. Avoid this contractor!"
