"Brawny Builders was great on all accounts. They helped with the design of our project which included a new front entrance, large rear deck, a couple sections of fence and an outdoor shower. They had a competitive quote and we’re able to start quickly. Their crew was hard working, very courteous and customer focused. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Mike and his crew redid both of our bathrooms with heated floors and all the works.  The project was a little bit challenging in that we did one wall with pebbles which was very labor intensive.  Still, they did a great job.  My wife now says we have a better bathroom than the spas / hotels.

He listens to what you want, made appropriate recommendations and followed the path we chose (which was a combination of our ideas and his). Once he put the material list together, he provided a quote and made us aware of any material cost changes. Excellent to work with. Honest. Creative."

"Work not done by owner, had workers stop and wanted owner to come look at work they had done so far.  We ran into money issues, so we had to temporarily suspend work.  In the meanwhile, we attempted to contact the owner as work was asthetically very sloppy and further damage was done to our kitchen ceiling, as pipes were not properly sealed and we had water damage to our kitchen ceiling.  In fairness, we already had some water damage to our ceiling, but because of the leak they thought they had fixed, it actually startted leaking worse, causing 3 times the water damage to our kitchen ceiling.  They did come back and properly fix the leak. however, the owner would never respond to requests to come look at the unsatisfactory work.   He was very fair about cutting the price for the work that was done.  Now we do have the money now to finish the work and would have liked to have the owner finish it because I believe he would do a good job , looking at his ratings.
