We offer expert attention to detail and we strive to provide the best customer service to go with our quality workmanship. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied and completely happy with our work. We specialize in Home Elevators and Stair Lifts as well as barrier free bathrooms. We service anything that we provide, but we do not specialize in servicing lifts or elevators that we have not installed ourselves, additionally we do not do ramps and railings any longer.

Joe found very high quality sub-contractor workers and negotiated to a favorable price. And, he also held true to his word. Specifically, he made right when property damage occurred (that was a result of unanticipated weather) and honored original estimate costs even when some contractor labor was much more extensive than first anticipated. We are very pleased with our finished covered and screened in deck and would highly recommend Joe as a knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair contractor who communicates well and often."

I do think we paid to much but there construction firm is one of integrity. The job was done mostly to our satisfaction. Just make sure you get all the cost up front. They are decent people and I never meant to imply otherwise."

Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. This began our search for the perfect contractor who would understand our needs and work with us to build this ADU for Macy. Enter, Jay Bemis with Timeless Builders. After multiple meetings with contractors, many unreturned calls and emails, we met Jay. He immediately sounded interested and returned with a bid in a timely matter. Floor was removed and a subcontractor hired to replace the floor after complicated drainage system and sump pumps were installed. Due to the small crew and the complicated problems, it took longer to finish, but I have now a beautiful apartment in my basement. They are dear and honest people who work hard. Thank you Sundogs!"
