I offer more than just repair services to your home. I offer peace of mind. If and when you hire me, you hire with the confidence that you will be treated honestly and fairly. I don't take on jobs that I have no business doing. I treat my customers with the respect that they're owed. I show up when I say I'm going to and I follow through with my commitments. I keep a meticulously clean work area and I'm willing to work around any needs of my customers. My passion is working on people's homes. I know it means a lot and it takes a lot to invite someone you don't know into your home. It takes even more to offer them your hard earned money in hopes that they respect your home the way it should be respected. My goal for every project is to give my customers the best contractor experience they've ever had. Your home is sacred to you, which makes it sacred to me. Every project I take part in is more than just a job. It's a relationship and an experience. With me, your home is in good hands.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Came and cleaned our dryer vent, which went well. But he did more than that. He took the time to instruct us on proper maintenance, which has saved us the expense of emergency calls and repairs."

"This company was a pleasure to work with. They were very prompt, helpful, they gave us wonderful advice concerning other repairs we needed. They were on time and detail oriented. We will definitely hire them again"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Repair in one day at very reasonable cost."

"When dealing with another contractor, we went through a terrible ordeal with an unsatisfactory deck repair. After paying thousands of dollars to another contractor and being completely unsatisfied with the final product (that left our deck unlevel and appearing to lean terribly) we reached out to Jacob Bryant with Bryant Home Renovations, LLC. In addition to being kind, honest, and hard working, Jacob and his were meticulous in their attention to detail and ?making it right.? We are in love with the final result and our deck looks great! We are so impressed with them and will be using them again in the near future for other home renovation projects! If you want the job done right and want to be able to trust your contractor, contact Bryant Home Renovations. I wish I could give higher than 5 stars."
