Get matched with top traditional tile roofing installers and replacers in Tijeras, NM

"Professional. Specialized. I had a leak and the owner, Larry, did the inspection. However, he moved some tiles to try and cover the leaking spot even though I had not hired him yet! Because of their packed schedule, I expected to split the installation with months in between. Surprise - they showed up and announced they would complete the whole roof! I liked that the individuals were specialized in their part of the project. Noise was minimal. I was at home during the process. They were careful to keep the debris in their trailer. Tarps even covered the driveway. The tile was custom cut on site as needed. I planned a whole week and it was finished in four days. The office staff was always available to answer my questions. This was a good experience."

"I would recommend SODO construction with a 5-Star rating! The work and attention to detail is top notch and fast! Some of the other quote I got were $5,000 and $10,000 more and wanted to use a lesser quality shingle. They left the site nice and clean. I am proud to have the SODO sign in front of my house saying they did my roof!"

"The roof looks great and they answered all my questions and concerns promptly. All the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately our security lamp on the garage was accidentally broken while a solar panel was being removed. They were courteous and admitted the accident and replaced it with no hesitation. I am very pleased with the work they did."

"I called them thru Home Advisors for a friends leaky roof. They replace the roof in one day. She is very pleased!"

"Excellent service and product Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their roof replaced"

"I was very impressed from initial contact to completed work. Roofers showed up on time and completed job as promised. Personnel were polite and kept me informed of progress and issues found were corrected. Work area was kept clean and thoroughly cleaned after completion. I will continue to use Grace Builders when needed. Highly recommended."

"I called Alvarado Roofing for an estimate and they were the only company that came out *and* climbed up on the roof to measure and really look at my roof to see what they were getting into. They removed all the layers of hail damaged roofing as well as our flat roof over our patio and replaced it with hail resistant shingles and some really awesome roofing for over the patio. They also decked over where the swamp cooler was (had A/C installed later). They did all of this in one day! They kept in touch and followed up throughout and after the job. We highly recommend!"

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."
