"Scheduling was super easy. The plumber called to see if he could come a couple hours early. I wasn't available and he was understanding.  He was running a little behind due to traffic and called to let me know. Both the people who came where very friendly and polite. They fixed my tub even though I could tell it was a challenging job. 
My only complaint was they left a bit of sludge on my bathroom walls, bathroom floor, bathtub, and floor just outside the bathroom. 
I would use them again, as well as recommend them, but ask first is it's customary to clean up after they are done.

"This is our one-and-only bathroom in the house, but Charlie made it easy for us to live through the remodel.  It only took about 2-3 weeks from the beginning to the end of construction.  Charlie and the crew were very respectful, clean and conscientious so as not to disturb the rest of our living space during the project.

Everything in the new bathroom functions so well. We're so happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. Charlie's advice to install a built-in soap cubby, a heated floor, motion sensing lights at floor/ceiling, a motion sensing flush toilet, and even a hidden medicine cabinet that comes out of the dead space behind the shower valve.  We never would have thought of these details and now we love using them everyday in this new bathroom.  

We are happy with not only all the functionalities of the bathroom, but also all the design choices.  Since we have a very small space to work with we have chosen light colors for all the materials, and it makes the space look much bigger than it is.  Charlie has helped us through the process of choosing materials.  When we first chose a floor tile that may have been too slick when wet, for example, he has informed us that and suggested something else that's less slick but just as pretty.  I love taking photos of my artwork in the new bathroom - it gives a clean look with always ample amount of light.  

We are extremely happy wth the new bathroom!  We couldn't have asked for it to turn out any better.  Absolutely the best thing we've ever done to our house!

He brought back pictures. the charge was still only $95 and they recommended their plumbers come back tomorrow. Or I could use my plumber. "Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."
