He has navigated the tricky basement stairs with a bulky water heater in tow and installed it with a special alarm that will ring if there is a malfunction. He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely. In addition, Nick brings a lot of wonderful personal qualities to the trade. He is trustworthy and respectful. He has a great sense of humor. He can be counted on. "Scott Jackman came to provide a quote to convert our tub to a walk-in shower with a bench, two grab bars, two shelves, a shower door, and an adjustable hand-held shower head. The company told us the appointment was at 10 a.m. but evidently there was a miscommunication, and he came at 2 p.m. Scott was very friendly and personable, and he thoroughly explained all options to my husband, while I was at work. My husband made his selections, and Scott was able to throw in additional material to cover the ceiling of the shower at no charge. We also were able to use a promotional discount of half off the installation fee. Since my husband wanted to get my agreement on his selections, Scott agreed to come back the next day to finalize the plan. My husband felt there could have been additional brochures of the available options, and the project does seem expensive, but the materials to be used are of high quality. The project will take 1-2 days to be done in a few months, and then I can provide a review on the quality of the work done."

"Grumpy's Drains was the only company who could get us on their schedule within a week. A half hour before our appointment time, Keith called to let me know he was on his way and then showed up exactly on time. My husband had tried to snake the drains multiple times with no success. Keith was able to clean the clog out of the tub in less than 10 minutes (water balloon and hair clog). He then went to work on the pedestal sink. That was a much more difficult clog while working in a tight space. Keith was cheerful, funny and kind the entire time. The first clog cost a flat $178 and the additional drain was $88. It was money well spent and I would absolutely call on this company again in the future."

The firm provided excellent quality work in the remodel of our master bedroom bathroom, completed the work on schedule, on time and within the agreed upon budget, and suggested very helpful design and product assistance. The project was a complete remodel of the bathroom that included removing everything. The shower was expanded in size with a built-in bench. The shower and the floor were tiled. The tile work done by C. McNearney is simply lovely. The grouting looks perfect. The shower was completed with a glass door. New fixtures were installed and relocated in the shower and replaced in the cabinet. Charles and his staff were a delight to have working in our home. "The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. "Original estimate was for installation in family room/kitchen/dining room/hallway and powder room. We provided the product. We had product left over and were so pleased with the results downstairs that we had them install it in our loft and upstairs hallway. Beautifully done. The actual installation was performed in a very efficient and professional manner by Vlad and Mike. They work very quickly but with attention to detail. They left the work area organized and clean each evening when they left."
