"When I first called I spoke with Angela who answered my initial questions. Mr. O'Neill came to our home and walked us through our options and the whole process. We agreed on a date for the work to occur. Noah, the foreman, and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. At the end of the day I had a brand new roof and my property was all cleaned up."

"Exit Fyve installed a new seamless gutter system on my house and garage. Standout aspect of this project are: 1) Excellent Customer Service - Lorenzo took time to review the project with me and made adjustments to the design based on my preferences/concerns, these discussions took place prior to the start of work. 2) Excellent Project Execution - I was not in town at the time of installation, Lorenzo took time to keep me updated during the install by send me photos of the progress. He also paused work and took time to discuss a few issues that affected the agreed design. 3) Value for Money - I obtained multiple quotes therefore, I'm confident I received excellent value for money paid. Exit Fyve confirmed that they stand behind their installation."

"Excellent communication. Everything was done as promised, when promised, and we are very satisfied with the result."

"Very reasonable price and they worked around my schedule. They were very professional and they left my house clean with not even a stray screw or nail laying around. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing gutters."

"The work was fine. My problem with the folks at the Memphis-area Healthy Home Sevices was that everyone I had contact with, whether on phone or in person, was trying to sell me the item I had already purchased. That's why I gave a fair grade for professionalism. Enough with the salesmanship!"

"Rick was very easy to work with and had a great attitude. I had a fairly simple job which he quoted over the phone. He arrived as scheduled. He even corrected an issue that was not part of the agreed upon work. Will use him again."

Representative came to home on appt. call.  He presented his products with explanation about the products and recommended what he thought would be best for our situation. We chose the product that we wanted and the rep. made out the contract. The company stayed in contact with us about the windows delivery because it was a special order. As soon as the windows came in, the contractors were on the job.  The windows were installed in a timely manner and there was no mess to clean . Only one thing is off key. One window ledge is slanted  and anyone can tell that it is slanted. our overall experience was great. Just forgot to send in review for Discount on 5 windows. Hope this is not too late to receive discount.[sincerely].
