"Called quick, came on time and did satisfactory installation. Replaced one side of house with new gutters and guards, and on other side - cleaned and installed gutter guards. Overall no complaints about workmanship. However, large branch lying on roof right next to new installation was supposed to be removed. He left it. Front of house - cleaned and installed guards - but he left tons of debris trapped between gutter and house and just covered it over with new guards instead of hosing or blowing it out. Today it is raining, and I am watching tons of dislodged black goo washing down my picture windows from behind the new gutter guards. Was supposed to remove old stuff. He got about half of it and left the rest lying in the bushes behind the house. Good thing the junk man wanted them. Finally we were very clear on the dimensions of the replacement gutter and I specified a 10' down spout. He gave me a quote estimate - and later when the work was all done, whoops - on billing he claims I did not tell him about the 10' downer, and so charged another $55.00 over the estimate. Would I use them again, probably - they do OK work, are quick and responsive. But next time I will get the estimate in writing and I will stand over and watch the work crew he sends and make sure myself everything is done as it should be."
