Terry & his crew mitigated a LOT of damage for us, replacing subfloor & flooring, a few walls, cabinets & appliances in the kitchen, and opening up a tiny kitchen into a dining room & creating a pantry for it. They were realistic about costs and the original estimate only increased when I requested additional work. The crews were timely and reliable, with clean and professional language (I was never afraid/concerned what my children might hear while they were there), and they were respectful of the rest of the property. "The job went great. The quality is excellent and Joe and Mike really made an effort to meet and exceed our expectations. They worked with us patiently while we were deciding what we wanted to do. They kept the job site clean and made sure to protect everything while they painted. They also painted the inside of our cabinets, which doesn't usually occur with refacing. "Richard is finishing up the project (built a tile shower and installed new floor) today. I have no hesitation to wait until it's finished later today to write this. He's amazing and the work is the best. While the bathroom is upstairs, we agreed to use the bathroom window to throw out the old pieces of shower and flooring so that he wouldn't track through the house and make it more efficient. He put cardboard on the deck outside the window to prevent damage to the deck. There were a few places on the window sill that needed sanding and touch up paint. He is the one who brought it to my attention and let me know he would be taking care of it. It's the little details that make his work and him the best!"
