Several contractors told me the foundation would have to be dug up to do a proper repair. I was hoping for another solution so I called this company. They came out to look and I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and candor. The first rep did not try to pressure sell me and even expressed skepticism that they could fix the problem. He called in other resources from the company to inspect it and offer their assessments. After careful examination and consultation with each other they determined that sealing the wall from the inside was feasible. I waited until now to write this review so I could be honest about how it turned out. Well, it hasn't leaked a drop! I would recommend this company to anybody. They earned my trust and they saved me a lot of money and grief."

"I reached out to Stay Dry Waterproofing for a quote on waterproofing my basement. They told me (as did other companies) that I needed to put a gutter system in my basement to alleviate pressure on the foundation and prevent future water damage. The sales team and inspector were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt when answering my requests. "t. The night before I flew to Arizona to graduate from doctoral school, I had 4 inches of water in my basement. One guy came out at 11: 00 p.m. and tried and tried for about 45 minutes to an hour to clear the pipe, but was not getting anywhere, so I told him to just come back in the morning.I left them an entrance into the house to work on it the next day and left for Arizona. They found that the city pipe to the main sewer collapsed. They called me (I was in O"Hare airport) and let me know that they faxed the city to tell the city to get out and check the pipe.  I called the city to get them to come out immediately (the city said they have 48 hours from the notification). The plumbers also called the city back because it was going to rain hard and I would have 8 inches of water in my basement. So, finally the city attorney called me and I told her that they had to get out there pronto or I would lose my furnace and hot water heater if any more water came in the basement. The attorney got the city crew out the next day. The plumbers checked on it through the whole ordeal and then the owner called me to let me know that the water was out of the basement and my basement was dry. I did the graduation walk with a smile instead of a worry that my basement would be completely flooded. <br /> Another time, my shutoff valves burst and it was raining in my basement (yea really). They came out right away and took care of that before my basement was completely wet. They were kind when they told me that my main shut off valves had to be replaced soon as they too were about to break. Because my house is old, I appreciated them telling me about things that are about to happen before I wake up to yet another plumbing fiasco. (They told me the valves would probably be okay if I did not turn them, but not to wait too long as they were the main valves and then it would have to be shut off at the street.) <br /> They go above and beyond what I would expect any service to do to resolve a plumbing problem I have read the other reviews. I really don't care what they use to light up whatever they have to see with, even if they ask me for my flashlight. I just want the problem fixed so it is really fixed. Everything they have fixed has not been a problem again at all. (Kitchen faucet, 2 sets of shut off valves, bathroom faucet, outside clean out, backup valve, sump pump. All these things have not been a problem at all. They are really kind when I call to ask basic questions. <br />"

"The home We bought was in rough shape. We found that the original gutters were poorly placed and had no slope, causing water to build up and the leak into the soffit, and then into the home. Brian had come out to take a look at the gutters, told us what he could do, and what the cost was. He was by far the cheapest price we had found. Our house has to have gutters on all sides, so we knew this wasn't going to be a cheap project. We did all of the prep-work, (removing old gutters and replacing a majority of the facia board and cover, as it was all rotted out). Brian had given us a rough- estimate of when he would be out to install them, with in a week. He and his team had the gutters and down-spouts put up in a day. The gutters look and work amazing. He had to add 2 additional downspouts that were not originally on the house as he was working, but let us know. I highly recommend Great Lakes Gutter Filters to anyone who needs any gutter work done. They do great, clean work and are very easy to work with."
