"I'm very happy with the service I received from Edge Plumbing. I had an emergency with my plumbing and needed my drain cleaned out the night before a holiday. Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. "Called Ron to repair kitchen faucet. He thought it was debris build up in the lines; which would require turning the inside main water supply off. Due to having an old, out-of-date valve handle, when he turned the water off, the handle broke, meaning no water in the entire house. He then had to find the outside water shut-off, so he could repair the inside valve. Our house had a completely different shut-off than our neighbors and we had to call the emergency after-hours water number to make sure we were shutting off the correct one. Ron wanted to make sure because if it was the wrong one and he cut the pipe it would have flooded our entire basement. He stayed and waited until the water guy got here and then fixed the valve and made sure we had water before he went home. Ron could have just left, but he made sure we had water before he left. Thats great customer service. I will definitely hire him again!"

"Jami didn't have an easy go of it with the water heater installation. The room has the furnace and water heater in it and it doesn't allow for one to be taken out without taking the other apart, to a degree. He and another guy handled it without any damage to the flooring, walls or ceiling. Yes, they had to raise the water heater that high to install it. After he left, I realized the faucet in the master bathroom wasn't working, so he returned right away. It was determined I needed a new faucet, so I went out and bought a new one and he returned at a later date and installed it, no charge. Jami is an honest guy and will do what it takes to get the job done right! I highly recommend him!!!!!"
