"RJE general construction (Jennifer and Rames) were fantastic. We needed several drywall areas finished and multiple ceiling areas re-mudded/ texturized, they did a beautiful job. The ceiling blends perfectly (I did not think this was possible!). They were very fast and efficient and left 0 mess. Great job, would def hire for future projects!"

"Service was very good.  They prepped the wood and painted all the wood trim on my home.  They also replaced 6 boards.  They kept the boards that they replaced so that we could see them.  They also accommodated a last minute add of painting the trim around the front door.  Additionally, they called and suggested that we paint the gutters as that was not in the original quote saying that they thought it would not look as good if we didn't, and they were right.  We were able to add on the gutters at a very small price.  The overall price came in very close to their quote. 
My trim hadn't been painted in about 20 years, and what a difference the paint job made.  It was very neat and thoroughly done.  And they left the left over paint for me.
The employees on the premises were very polite and very good about cleaning up after themselves.  I did find a couple of nails that they had missed laying on the ground, but not a big deal.

"The project went incredibly well.  The focus was a quality, appropriate renovation/addition on a 1930's federal house in Ann Arbor.  An architect was hired to design an appropriate renewal and replacement inside and out.  It was important that the builder could handle the scale and detail.  We couldn't be happier with the results.
In retrospect I am sure that there is no way that we could have renovated to this standard at this cost with any other builder.  Pete was the perfect choice for our project.  I am veryspecific about the level of quality and detail that I expect and Pete meets my requirements every time.  He does it with a cheerful problem solving attitude that is uncommon in the building trades.  Pete, and any of his co-workers, are a pleasure to have around the house.  He is dependable and extremely honest.
I know that Pete bids large jobs and small jobs.  That makes him somewhat unique as a contractor.  I am sure he brings the same level of workmanship to jobs much smaller than ours. I am equally sure he can manage a big project when contracted to do so.  My main take away is that high quality work at fair prices is rare in the construction field.  Pete’s company occupies a hard to find niche."
