Craig Howard stopped by and after inspecting the attic and taking pictures of the raccoon's feces in multiple locations there and potential entry points outside my house, came up with an itemized estimate to decontaminate and sanitize the attic; safely remove old fiberglass insulation and blow in new R-36 cellulose insulation (eco-friendly with 15% boric acid). Craig was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns and came up with estimates for other optional and follow-up services they can perform.
