"Remarkably well! PCB laid the foundation last fall, 2019. They were careful to match its elevation to the existing house and didn't miss it by even a quarter inch. The main construction started om April 6, 2020 and finished on June 23, 2020. The work was done as per the approved plans and better. We were very impressed with the owners ( Mr. Felipe Silva) attention to detail and prompt responses to our questions or concerns and requested revisions or upgrades. The workmen conducted themselves very professionally and were highly skilled at their crafts. They were also a lot of fun to visit with. We were particularity pleased with the carpentry and roofing skill it took to blend the new addition into the original house and a prior addition. The tile work, cabinetry, counter tops, stucco and wall finishing/paint are all beautiful. Less visible is the plumbing and electrical work it took to tie the buildings together. Once again, very well done. The project came in on budget, plus the cost of the upgrades we requested, and had approved prior to work beginning. I'd recommend PCB to anyone interested in a quality remodel project. They are a really excellent group of people."

"Very high quality work.  The concrete trail is wide enough and level enough to easily ride on and harvest my fruit trees.  I have received numerous compliments about the quality of the cocrete handicapped ramp in front of the house.  His workers cleaned up after themselves, trimmed my trees, and made my yard look pretty.
Ramon is a very easy guy to work with and takes extra time to figure out what would work for you, like putting up wooden railings that don't get too hot instead of metal.  He is also very creative in coming up with solutions to unusual problems.  They do great indoor work and remodeling too.
Do - be explicit about your needs, what you want, and special requests.  Also make sure you are clear about when you need it done by.  Ask for a written estimate and discuss how the finalbill may be somewhat different so there are no unhappy surprises."

"The remodel went very well. Peter was easy to work with. He and his crew did the various jobs beautifully, had good senses of humor and worked very well together.  They were all courteous and they did a good job of cleaning up.  Peter is detail oriented so things really look good. They were very flexible and creative in solving unexpected issues that came up with a 37 year old house. There were issues involving floors that were not level, plumbing problems and many electrical problems that they had to deal with. Sometimes I changed my mind, or thought of other things that might be done.  Peter explained the options and we worked on solving the problems together. Ideas changed from our initial meetings, and Peter  always had a good attitude about the changes and additions. He guarantees his work.  I definitely would call them again.
