Mr. Wilson promptly diagnosed a leak in the toilet tank water supply line and replaced the line. Everything is in perfect working order now. Better than new. "Steve and Ray came to our house the next day after we contacted them to see what would be necessary to locate the leak. We told them we had already contacted two other companies to come out and they could not find our leak. Steve told us they would not stop until they located the leak. It was a quoted charge and although they had to come back three different times for several hours they did not increase the charge! Steve told us this was one of the most difficult leaks to locate he had experienced. They did locate the leak and it is now repaired. "Alvin was careful to explain prior to starting work that if he required extra supplies, etc it would be on top of the Angie's price. Also, that there was the possibility that it would not be a simple replacement. I expected that. The replacement turned out to be more complicated than I'd anticipated.
The plumbing pipes for hose bibbs are installed between the vertical studs. There is supposed to be a horizontal cross brace that secures the "inside" part of the bibb  with 2 screws into the wood. Turns out, when the house was built in 1997, no cross bracing was added inside the wall, so the unsupported pipe had been shifting each time we turned the faucet on or off for the past 17 years. So, when he went to remove the outside portion, instead of "unthreading" as it should have,  the copper pipe broke off at the joint inside the wall. In order to complete the repair, Alvin needed to make an access port on the interior wall. He very carefully sawed an 8x8" piece out of the drywall, added a wood cross brace to the existing framing, secured the plumbing pipe to it, then attached the new hose bibb on the outside. After completing the repair, he carefully re-fitted the piece to the wall and used some caulk I had to cover the seam.
We were charged only for the difference in supplies, not for the additional time involved, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved that we had decided to have this done. I hate to think about some day going out to turn the hose on or off and have a fountain inside the wall.

"On Christmas day a spicket was gushing water and we had to turn off water to the house to get it to stop. We called Bosque and they called us back same day and got us scheduled for first thing next day - impressive since it was a holiday weekend. They showed up next day and completed the work, and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again."

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.

"I discovered an underground water leak in my yard next to my foundation. I called PHC late in the afternoon. they showed up first thing the next morning, excavated the area around the leak and discovered a broken water line. The line happened to be broken directly under a concrete brick wall which joined to my house. "Everything went perfectly! Jonas and his assistant arrived on time and moved large furniture out of the room and removed the existing carpet. Every day the work area was left clean and organized. At the finish all large items were put back. Jonas has a great understanding of wood look ceramic tile and an eye for detail. For example, the tile we used had different colors and patterns, Jonas noticed that there was one tile pattern that would have stuck out if he used it too much. Also the wood tile floors need to be put in closer together than traditional tile to get the right look. On top of the work on the living room floor which was excellent. Jonas did a few other things like fixing a tile that had popped up on a different floor, extra grouting on an existing tile floor that had holes in the grout, fixing a step and even a latch on a gate that we had been neglecting to fix."

"It was ok. I liked them. But where I expected two trained electricians who could work independently or together. There was one electrician and someone to hand him tools. Only about 60% of the work I expected to get done was done. Also, I hadn't read the fine print about getting the materials in advance ... and I would not have known what to get which also wasted our time.
He was a hard worker but this wasn't the 'deal' I expected."

"These guys were amazing and so professional every step of the way. They had to dig down through ENORMOUS tree roots to get to the line and replace the pipes, all the while avoiding upper tree branches and other obstacles. They had gone down with a camera in the previous week, so they knew exactly what materials, equipment and permits were needed and executed the job brilliantly. They left the portion of the yard they had to excavate perfectly level with the rest of it and you couldn't even tell they had dug it up. They cleaned up everything immaculately, too! They were also SO kind and courteous and kept us informed of the progress and what they were doing. Brandon and Q were the ones who did this particular job, although James Shook (one of the owners) has helped us with many, many issues over the last 20 years. I have personally known James for more than 30 years and can vouch for his honesty, professionalism and integrity - and have referred many of our extended family members, friends and neighbors to him. These folks are the "real deal" when it comes to getting the job done and done WELL!"
