"Eddie and his workers were great . They came when they said they would and did a great job on our living room. His pricing was fair and work was done on time !"

"Harvey and his team did a wonderful bathroom renovation. It was a complete gut and overhaul of my bathroom. The team did tiling, flooring, new tub, new toilet, new sink, new plumbing and it looks amazing. This is the fourth or fifth project that Harvey and his team have completed for me and we are so satisfied. We will hire him again for future home projects. I highly recommend."

"I had my house renovated and the outcome was well above my expectations. The transformation from before my renovation to now was remarkable. Roland came up with the redesign of our kitchen and also a design for our new bathroom he did an awesome job on both designs we couldn't be more happier. Roland kept us inform every step of the way. He was very professional and helpful . In fact we are going to eventually renovate our sun room and make it an all season room. We will definitely have Dwell Renovation do that job for us in the future. Thank you Roland, Dave and Kevin for turning our home into a beautiful home we can be proud of."

"I hired Anthony after my previous contractor was always cancelling on me and not showing up. It was refreshing to have a true pro come in with 40 years experience and solve all the problems that were left in my kitchen. Anthony also had great ideas and recommendations that helped in our decision making on completing our kitchen renovation. He was very fairly priced and gave us an itemized breakdown of the costs. I would highly recommend Anthony for any project big or small. He is in my contacts for future projects!!"

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."

"Inson is an excellent person to work with. He puts in the time to make sure that he understands what you want and then is able to translate that into incredible design work. Every single person who has entered our apartment post-reno has commented on how amazing it looks. We were very lucky to find him and benefit from his expertise as well as the great contractor and team of builders he works with. Also, when he says he comes in on time and on budget, he means it - we had a very tight window for renovation and everything was finished on time as promised. Highly recommend."

"The most important thing when doing renovation is communication. Matt is excellent at this , always answers his phone and deal with questions and concerns immediately. Highly recommended for your next big project."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"Rockefeller General Contracting was the best decision ever. He and his crew are fantastic and do excellent work. He is the third contractor I hired and by far the best. I only wish I met him first the other two contractors were expensive and did ok work. Dennis does the best quality work and is very organized and runs a great team. He is building me a new garage, deck, siding, and kitchen. He turned my old two car garage into a mudroom/laundry room, a full bathroom, closet and game room. His price was awesome for all the work they are doing. I highly recommend Rockefeller Contracting. He goes above and beyond for you. If I ever do any more renovations he will be the only one I hire. The workmanship is terrific and they fixed all the problems my house had from the previous owner. They are just phenominal."

"Good Morning, Riverside Construction (Gary) did a major construction job for me. He was extremely reliable and maintained the timeline of completion date. He is always professional and his workers were consistently on time. Gary was responsive to me answering any questions and always responded to phone calls in a timely fashion. I would also like to add that the project was the first renovation I had done to my home. I really had no idea where to begin. Gary helped tremendously to walk me through each step, helped with color coordination and overall design. He is extremely talented. My family and friends could not give enough compliments on the finished project. I would absolutely hire him for further renovations in the future."
