"Michael is an absolute pro!! He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer just by my explanation. I like to know what was wrong and like to watch while it's being repaired. He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder and explained what everything was once it was opened up. He called me immediately after I sent the request and came the next day. He was super polite and did a great job! I will absolutely call Michael if I have any other appliance problems in my house. Great customer service!!!!"

"Repairman was great. Texted me the day before to remind me of appointment time. Arrived on time and worked quickly. Explained repairs before continuing. Did additional trouble shooting and confirmed electronics on my dryer were operating properly. Cleaned his work area up and left his business card should my dryer start acting up again. Great service call."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Explained everything. Saved me money on repair. The cost for just coming out was a little high."
