"Payne Roofing contacted almost immediately after sending Angi the information. Needed my roof inspected which was required by my mortgage company. Brad set up an appointment for the next day and was there when he said he would be there. Did the inspection and gave me the necessary paperwork for my mortgage company for no charge. Excellent company!!"

"Weston came out, inspected the roof and provided an estimate. I had 2 other estimates. With the 5% discount Truebuilt was offering for Angie's List members, his estimate came in the lowest, and with the good reports on Angie's List, I hired him. Work was performed a few weeks later and all went well. Months later when we had a heavy rain, I discovered a roof leak near the chimney leaking into the attic. I texted Weston and he replied immediately. His guys came out within a few days and repaired the leak. When it rained again soon after, I found it was leaking in the same place, just not as bad. Weston again was immediately on this, came out himself to do a thorough inspection to try to find the problem. He was very apologetic and said he'd make sure this was corrected. His guys came out again in a few days and did repair work again. This time it worked because it rained again fairly soon after and success, no leak. What impressed me the most was Weston's immediate response to me once I contacted him about the leak. I was afraid I might get the run around like you do with so many contractors but, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for his immediate action to resolve the leak. I know he was busy with other customers but he gave my issue priority, and that meant a lot to me. It just goes to show his ethical standards are high and he is truly devoted to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him."

"They are able to do all roofing repairs and applications and are very professional in all their dealings - competitive pricing, documentation, communication, punctuality, and clean up. They stand behind their work and will continue to trouble-shoot a problem until it is solved. I would use them in the future and would highly recommend them for roofing services."

"Beach Ventures were very professional and reasonably priced. The repair was done quickly and expertly. I am very pleased with all that was done and would recommend Beach Ventures to any and all who require roof repair. Genuinely pleasant to work with."

"The repair went very well- all crew members were very professional, timely and accommodating. I had to ask for temporary roof protection due to anticipated rain prior to scheduled repair. Ridge roofing made arrangement for that the next day and I avoided additional damage to my house. Their pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend them to other people. "I could not be happier with Sinclair Roofing. Ernie was friendly, professional throughout, and the quality of work was top notch. He communicated with me throughout the project, explaining what he would be doing on each phase, and cleaning up each day. He was able to quickly identify the problem and get my roof repaired. I have already referred Ernie and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone looking for quality work by a reputable company. Sinclair Roofing did a great job!!"

"A young guy came out and looked at my roof.  He was only up there a short time.  He came down and informed me that I need a new roof.  He also informed that he sealed areas that needed it.  I found it odd that he would not make eye contact with me. I had another company come out the same day.  They said I do not need a new roof and no one had sealed anything on my roof.  The roof is only 3 years old and the 2nd company that came out said this is completey repairable."

"After looking at different options to bring natural light into two areas of my house, I selected Sunshine Experts to install Solatubes.
They were easy to work with and their installation contractor was very good. He was prompt, discussed different sizes while I was finalizing which size I wanted, didn't do a hard sell on me and both rooms are so much lighter. He installed in the kitchen and laundry room. Only thing I don't absolutely love is that it does casts a bluish light in the space- from that perspective I would have preferred a skylight, but I knew this going into it. Their pricing was pretty close to others, though overall I think it's a little high for the amount of work and the product itself which is not very substantial...looks a bit like I could buy it at home depot but it is the product I selected. Overall, good experience.
