"We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! I'm so glad I was working with Phend through this process. First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work. Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times. Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if I'm spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up. To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie. There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. Thankfully, we had Phend to solve the issues. Oh, and anyone wondering about price. Here is the best part! Because of the size of the project, we obtained three bids. Phend was the most professional bid and provided us with the best rate. I don't typically write reviews, but Phend went so far beyond my expectations it would be negligent for me not to. Phend will be my go-to plumber, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking a plumber to reach out to them for a bid. You won't be disappointed!"

"I called Matt at Mountain Park and got an estimate for all of the work. The guys called and asked if they could come by early, which was fine with me. Jake and Fabien arrived right on time and split up to get the various valves changed. They were friendly, knowledgable and knocked the tasks out in very good time. The only issue I had was that the new hose bib developed a slow drip at the pipe fitting. I called Matt and he had one of his guys swing by the following morning and fix it right up while I was out at an appointment. I appreciate this company's attention to customer service. I'll definitely use them again."

"This is the 2nd time I've used H&K.  I called last minute due to a leak that developed in our irrigation system.  He showed up that day and replaced the line and back flow device that was incorrectly installed by a landscaper.  After a neighbor woke us up about water pouring out of the system and a small pond it had created, everything is now fixed and working as planned.  H&K had previously replaced a leaky faucet outside and checked on a lack of hot water when we moved into our new house in April.  Good service, prompt, professional.  I recommend them. <br>"

"Jared and Tony arrived as scheduled and worked quickly. I'd purchased the plumbing inspection, knowing I had some issues that needed attention and repair, and wondering if there were more I didn't know about. They were able to attend to all of those issues during this visit, plus give me advice about a larger future plumbing issue. Jared's advice was measured and thoughtful, presenting pros and cons of addressing this larger issue, which I appreciated. I thought that their per-job pricing was higher than I wanted, since these were simple repairs, but I agreed to the work since it needed done. I'm pleased with the results, even if I'm not pleased with their pricing system."

"In short, it went well, but I paid pretty dearly. I was quoted a price range in the neighborhood of $400 to have a pressure regulator installed at my house. I spoke with the owner Bill on the phone before agreeing to this price, and he explained that a significant portion of the plumbing in front of my house would be reconfigured to accommodate the new pressure regulator. He said that the cost would be pretty much all labor. When Dustin showed up, he managed to install the pressure regulator without otherwise changing anything about the configuration of my plumbing. He left with a $425 payment a mere 30 minutes after showing up. I won't necessarily recommend against doing business with these folks, but I would suggest that you might ask for an hourly rate instead of a quote to solve an entire problem. I probably would have saved $300 that way."

"I purchased my pool pump from Amazon.com <br> <br>I purchased a $90.00 service from Angies list for this Contractor, but the find print did NOT indicate that the $90.00 can not be used towards installation of a new pump because for new pump installation the pump needs to be purchased thru the contractor to honor the manufacture's warranty as the contractor is the one assuming full responsibilities (service, repairs) of the new pump. <br> <br>Westmoreland (Clay) called me within minutes of my $90.00 service purchase and asked what type of service I needed.  I explained to Clay that I had purchase a pump from Amazon and that I needed to have it installed.  Clay explained the fine print (NOT listed in Angies list) of the $90.00 service, but he would bend the rules and worked with me. <br> <br>The pool pump was installed the same day I purchased the service plan; all went well cause of  Westmoreland's great customer service.  I paid the extra $$ for the pool pump install, but Clay did honor the $90.00 I had already paid on Angies list and was able to apply it to the total cost of the new pump install. <br> <br> Clay @  Westmoreland, thank your very much for taking care of your customers. <br> <br>Ivan R. <br> <br> <br>"
