"Vitaliy responded quickly and fit me into his schedule at the end of his work day to evaluate my downdraft fan to see if it could be repaired or if I had to buy a new unit. Vitaliy diagnosed the problem, looked to see if the needed part was available, and discussed the pricing with me. The price of repair was MUCH less expensive than buying and installing a new downdraft fan. Vitaliy called me when the part arrived, and came back for the install.
