The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed.
