"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. He helped us renovate our primary bathroom (completely, down to the studs and completely changing the layout), created a main floor laundry room, and an extra bedroom. Emile provided a comprehensive estimate, which was accurate, and he finished the entire job within the agreed upon time frame within the estimate. His crew were complete professionals, polite, and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the results and our new spaces. The rooms are beautiful. He went above and beyond in all respects, even when I decided to make changes to the design along the way, he was able to roll with them and told me how much various options would cost and other pros and cons of those options (tiling the whole bathroom vs partial, heated floors or no, different types of fixtures, etc)."

"I would probably give them four stars overall but since this is a review for a specific job of installing a gas stove I'm just giving two stars. They did the job but this is the second time now where they refused to do the job unless they were also able to replace the gas cock which is the valve behind the stove which supplies it with gas. It's totally unnecessary to do this but it allows them to double their price. So they charged me a total of $720 just for that. I would expect $300 or less for a simple quick job like this. I will not call them for this type of job again."
