"This was the worst experience I have ever had they had to come out several times to redo the ac and heat scratched the truck in my driveway, bringing in the heater. They left the gas on my hot water heater but didn?t turn on my hot water heater then when they came back out to fix the issues and pick up the trash and tools they left they left the pipe for the gas not tightened so gas filled my house then when we got our inspection from the city they failed it the gas vent wasn?t done correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone talked to Steve he was going to find out more about the issues I had but never called me back "

The man they sent out was surly and very unprofessional, to the point when I asked him questions about the service, he turned confrontational. "Customer service rates low priority for them. apparently they have enough of a customer base that walk-ins are virtually ignored. If you can track someone down, good luck getting the correct information without running around the place a couple of times. Eventually y walk out and went somewhere else. This is not a one off experience, the same scenario has played out for me on several occasions. If I know exactly where the species and what type of plant I need they may have a decent inventory, but trees and shrubbery forget it they only cater to the large landscaping businesses."
