"The crew that came out and actually did the windows were outstanding. They took care in removing the old windows, replacing with the beautiful new windows. Not a scratch on any of the marble sills we have. They repaired/spackled any little gouges that happened in removing the old frames. Excellent job of clean up as well. Worked around how we wanted them to replace windows, as we have 4 cats, we had to shift around. All in all, the team that did the windows 5 out of 5. The only negative thing I have to say the original date set up by Power was 3/9/2020. It turns out 4 windows did not come in on time. This I understand it happens. What I do not understand is a company that states they are all about Customer Service. Yet even when they knew the windows were not coming in on time, so they could not do on 3/9/2020. I called them when no one showed up, only to hear oh we took you off the schedule because the windows did not all come in. And when I asked why no one had bothered to inform us, they admitted it was 100% their fault, an oversight on their end. I asked for a small discount due to their poor customer service. Less than $250.00. And was told they never do that. Promised a gift card of unknown amount, that would take time to arrive. I hope the warranty will be better, than how they handled the original date of service commitment. But the actual installation was excellent, the team who came out, did an outstanding job, I absolutely recommend hiring this company, as window manufacturer is top quality, and they do an excellent job installing."
