"At first I rated them a 5 but they had me put in a review before the job was even completed. They used old tarp from previous jobs. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."

That professional suggestion could not have yielded a better end result. Our family is extremely happy with how the new window changed the overall feel of the room in which we spend so much time. It allows significant sunlight to shine in compared to the previous dark garden window with clunky shelves.
