He was a patient listener, asked relevant questions in a non-condescending manner to get a clear picture of our needs, and he informed me of his schedule and availability. He first came to review each task, took notes and shortly thereafter emailed an itemized quote. Most importantly, he showed up on time and ready to work, we were at ease having him in our home and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. It also bears mentioning that we'd received estimates for the same tasks from other handymen who inflated the complexity and cost of the job and/or overestimated their expertise (with carpentry and basic electrical work.) Rich fixed things that only needed a slight adjustment that others told us needed time-consuming repair or expensive replacement. Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

"Very professional and job well done. Chon went and bought the necessary n appropriate strips. He took the door down. He removed all peeling stripping from another contractor who did it only six months ago! Chon scrap cleaned the door tracks n completed the stripping around and underneath the front double door. He used clear silicon to cover all previous drill holes. The door is beautifully done. There is no more light or air coming through the front door and the stripping is no longer visible. I highly recommend Chon for the weather stripping of front doors."
