"Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

"Luis and his team did an excellent job. We have a house built in 1966 with plaster walls and cast iron tub and they had a bear of a time on the demo. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

Demetrius understood the scope of the work requested, was easy to communicate with, was respectful of property, sheeted or covered all non-movable items, and laid down floor protection. Pricing is by the job, not the hour. Materials in my case were extra but charged at cost with the receipt to prove it. Payment is cash, check, or Zelle only. There was no bill of materials price estimate provided, so someone unfamiliar with the materials required to do the job may not have been able to calculate the material cost accurately.
