"The Water Heater Guys were awesome! You could see they really care about their customers. They came in and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new hot water. They made sure and got everything taken care of for us and had our new hot water heater installed right away. They went above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend them!!"

"Contacted Hope Plumbing on a Monday morning and they were able to provide the estimate and installation the same day. Ryan was friendly and professional. Our water heater was under warranty so he was able to pick up a replacement using the authorization code from the water heater company. GmWe are glad to have hot water again!"

"The office people were nice very and responsive. I needed installation in a hurry and they scheduled me promptly. The technician wasn't too friendly but he did the job. I had to ask alot of questions because he wasn't forthcoming with any information. Other than that I would definitely use them again. Since I am a member of The REMC, I didn't have to pay Greenwell anything, It was all done through my electric company. <br />"

"The came on time and removed the old water heater. When they brought the new unit in to install, it was 2 inches larger than the older unit and would not fit in the opening. So, they had to take it back and get a smaller unit. It was a little inconvenient to add a couple hours to the whole process, but it was understandable with the given circumstances. Once they arrived with the smaller unit, it went in quick and easy. Problem fixed!"
