"Tye was great. Excellent communication, arrived as scheduled and completed repairs on both dryer and washer very quickly. There was no waiting days to weeks for parts to arrive after initial evaluation (as tends to be the case when needing repair work performed). Repairs were completed within 24 hours of our first phone discussion. With this being a rental property, I did not pay for the repairs so I cannot comment on the cost, but I would highly recommend them nonetheless."
