"I worked with John on a recent renovation and addition on our home. John really exceeded my expectations. From the start, he helped me find the right architect to draw up our plans and continued to coordinate quality work throughout the project. He also took my budget seriously and would make sure we had multiple bids at each step of the project. Ours was a big project, and we were adding onto our existing home which required flexibility as we moved along. John was thoughtful when sharing obstacles along with recommendations on how to move forward. He was patient and helpful with every question or change request that we had and I appreciated his experience, knowledge and guidance throughout the project. I would recommend John and his team for any project you have!"

"Our build is still in progress but so far we are very happy with the work. Jamie has been great to work with. Has always been available to answer questions and gets back to us right away. He is on site frequently and makes sure we understand the process and what is next. Highly recommend them."

"Mark and his team at All Pro Home Improvements were timely, professional and did quality work. Mark was able to provide advice and answer questions as well as guide us through an extensive remodel. "Zefs Construction team has been working on my three properties for the last two years. They did tremendous jobs. The owner Zef is a respectful person. He is the highly trustable and professional. I am an out-of-state investor and I put my full trust in him. He and his team did extensive renovation work on my two dilapidated properties and all got building inspections passed, especially one property at Warren. The city inspectors were very picky and they issued the lengthy reports including zoning/building/mechanical/plumbing/electrical. Zef took care of the property beautifully. Now, the properties are renting out so that I'm receiving my investment's return. Zefs Construction is my go-to contractor to do different home renovation works and home repair as well. Zefs Construction also works closely with my agent and property manager and even my tenants to get work done quickly. I am very grateful to have Zef on my properties' renovation jobs. He is the best person I have ever met from the Angie's List!"

"Had a list of odds and ends that needed to be done around the house for awhile now. These guys finished my list in one day. A list that had been building up over 6+ months! Good quality work done by guys that cared. It really showed in their work and positive attitudes."

"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system).
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us.
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"We highly recommend Harry and Longton Construction for any project you may have. We found Harry at the worst possible time: our house had flooded and we had already signed with a contractor who drug us along for 6 months doing "mold remediation" and took all the profitable work from the insurance company and left us with a gutted house. Harry embraced our massive project quickly (full remodel, including 3 level, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, and an above garage addition). He kept to his word and met with us when scheduled, was flexible, and had good communication. Most importantly, he does high quality work and is a person who stands behind quality and his reputation. He would redo work he felt was poor quality. After our project he came back and fixed a few minor issues quickly. 3 years later, we still keep in touch and he checks in to ensure the quality of his craftsmanship is up to our and his standards. Harry happily entertained all my crazy Pinterest ideas and last minute changes along the way. He was well organized with costs and change orders and very reasonable with payment terms. We are so thankful we found Longton Construction and would recommend him to anyone."
