"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"Outstanding! Artic Air did a great job removing and replacing my central A/C. Susan in the office, Jerry the salesman, Mario and Nick the technicians were professional, polite and friendly. Installation required a lot of additional metal fabrication to connect the new A/C unit to existing furnace. Mario reviewed the new system with us, technicians cleaned up work site before leaving. We would contract with them again, Highly recommend."

"We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week.  They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us.  We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased!  If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

"We live in Hoboken, NJ and had to hire a crane to lift a very large combination A/C / gas heating unit onto our roof and install it. Trish at Advanced Professional did a fantastic job of coordinating the crane, the permits, the no parking signs, the police detail, etc. As far as the actual installation, Rabi and his team at Advanced Professional also did a tremendous job executing. I now have a brand new HVAC rooftop system that will hopefully last the next 15 to 20 years. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Professional for any HVAC issue. They have always been prompt and very on top of things. A+"

Were respectful of our property and kept a clean work area. Excellent value for the money. They worked thru some rough conditions, bearing up with 150+ degrees in the attic. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
