"It's very tough for me to hire and trust somebody to do a job at my house because I am very particular. I'm also in the industry I know how hard it it's to find a good contractor. However shortly after meeting John and his crew I could tell that John is a guy that I would feel uncomfortable to do business with. I could see he took great pride in what he was doing. My instincts were right. He did everything he said he would do and more. As a matter of fact he stopped by my house one day after finishing up another job just to check on the progress. John wasn't happy with the way something came out on the deck. Without me even having to say anything he pointed it out and said he was going to have his crew redo the work and apologized that it was going set us back 1/2 days work (at no cost to us of course) . "I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling.
