I emailed photos of my old tub. Russ gave me a quote, I agreed and appointment was set up for technician to come redo my bathtub. He arrived on time (thank you!!) and spent the next 4 hours refinishing my tired, old tub. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looks beautiful. Refinishing a tub is a fairly messy job. Mike, the technician who did my tub was very professional and left everything neat and clean which I appreciated. After the first application, I still saw some leakage, and found the source. He came out and sealed those areas for no extra charge. After vigorous testing, the leaks have been completely sealed. I asked him about two other projects, and he was honest about the work, suggesting that we would need to retile those rooms. He recommended another contact for that work.
