"I called this company to jet my sewer line, they did it and damaged my sewer tile in the process...the jetting only lasted 7 months and I called them back, this time they rodded it, at additional cost of 335.00, then sent a camera to check the line, and that is when the damaged was exposed. If you have this company do your work, make them send the camera down the sewer line BEFORE AND AFTER they perform the work because they will deny any damage that they caused. I called this company because of a referral that they were Christians...God sees all!"

Work scope, costs, and timing were explained patiently and in detail by George Heller up front. The sidewalk leveling work from Doro went routinely, everything on time with excellent results. The basement sealing work was a bit trickier, as electrical wires and a pipe bundle all bunched together around the main sewer line provided multiple leak paths and required a second attempt to completely resolve. Doro, Ramon, and Waldo went beyond the originally contracted scope to ensure all potential leak paths were sealed off. They didn?t care what the contract said, their focus was on my complete satisfaction, no excuses, no shortcuts. "The Roto-Rooter plumber was great and explained everything clearly. He fixed the issue and left everything neat and clean. The reason for the 4 star is they were supposed to call 30 mins before arrival. They showed up without calling and I had to rush home from work. The 4 stars is also due to sticker shock (no fault of the plumber). Original quote was $720 for a clogged drain. They knocked it down to $500 with only a 30 day warranty rather than 6 month. He found the clog at 35’ (10’ beyond my 25’ snake) in less than 20 mins. I now know I can get a 125’ power snake with all the different pipe size attachments for $300. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."
